There is a very strong connection between nutrition and teeth’s health. Everybody knows that some kind of food are quite aggressive with the delicate mouth ecosystem. This ecosystem it is necessary to keep a good and constant oral hygiene and little tricks about what you eat.

A change in eating habits is hard for most of us, but you can start by: limiting the intake of densely caloric foods, avoiding to drink sugary drinks and sugar in general, promote the intake of fresh food, rich in nutrients and following fruit and vegetables’ seasonality, eating wholemeal food, at the same time practicing sport and physical activities at any stage of your life. This start can already put you on the path of self-acknowledgement and health.
